Eric Tsai is a senior Computer Engineer at Johns Hopkins University interested in developing software solutions. His interest in developing a solution to the patient wait times stems from his experience as a patient with a tight schedule. Flexcare is his solution to alleviating the burdens of hospitals and walk in clinics and to allow patient scheduling flexibility, particularly those affected by a work schedule incompatible to normal patient walk in hours.
